Warning- don’t book with this company. Not transparent

Liked: Nothing! It seemed great when we booked it, but read the fine print! They want a BANK TRANSFER for a deposit, and we didn’t see this until after we had paid for the lodging. (The transfer would have cost us extra time and money, and they could have kept it up to 15 days, which sucked even if we were able to make it happen.) We reached out to the host the morning after biking to tell them that we were unable to make a bank transfer. We tried to work with them, offering a credit card hold or other means of deposit, but they were unwilling to work with us. They could have released us from the reservation within 8 hours of is making it, but instead they kept our money and canceled the reservation on us the night we were suppressed to check in. Because we had no ability to make the bank transfer they said we were refusing to comply with their rules.

Disliked: They were happy to take advantage of our situation and keep our money (see above). We ended up having to book another place for our stay at the last minute.

  Very good

Disliked: There was a smell of dampness in the apartment. It needs better air circulation. Clothes took a long time to dry. Needs new towels for the apartment as they were old towels and well used.
