  Poor accommodation, doesn't match what was advertised

  Liked: The location was relatively close to the beach and the urbnization in which the apartment was located was nice

  Disliked: The apartment did not match the photographs on site, the furnishing was old and poor quality, the apartment only had a portable air conditioning unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms which is against the law in Andalucia as part of Decree 31/2024 for Viviendas de Uso Turístico

  Liked: Nothing. Nobody came to receive us and they cancel our stay in the last minute and left us without any accomodation.

  Disliked: Nobody came to receive us and they cancel our stay in the last minute and left us without any accomodation. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Nobody talked to us in person. They didn't find us any other place to stay or offer any compensation.

  Liked: The location was beautiful. The views from the garden, overlooking the beach were stunning. My children loved the pool and garden area.

  Disliked: I felt mislead by the advert. It mentions the entire place as being yours, including a private pool. However, when we got there we realised that we had one side of the property booked, and the other was booked by other individuals. Therefore, the outdoor garden space and pool was shared. This was disappointing to be honest. Additionally, on one of the days a random family visited the property and we got the impression that they were intending to use the pool. When they saw us they swiftly left. The property also boasted 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which I took to be ensuites, however, there were two ensuites, one shower room for the other 2 bedrooms and a toilet on the main living room floor. Not a problem for us as we're a family, but it wasn't clear if they rent out the houses (advertised as 'villa') or the rooms, as in the adjoining property we saw 3 separate couples who were not travelling together?? The facilities were descent. Not the cleanest but not filthy. However, the mains would turn off if you used too many appliances in the kitchen i.e. toaster, dishwasher, oven etc

  Liked: Nothing. They tried to book us into a totally different location. Very poor quality

  Disliked: They tried to book us into a totally different location. Very poor quality see photos that I took. I tried to complain. They didn't take my calls or respond to any communication. I had to check into a hotel.

  We are not overly fussy people but we would not advise anyone to stay here until things are sorted out

  Liked: Not a lot. The person who met us was helpful.

  Disliked: The only thing that was clean was the sheets. One spoon and one coffee cup aren’t enough. Not even an electric jug. The whole property is in disrepair and the photos are not what we experienced. We wish we had read the reviews.
