  Restaurant worth a detour, hotel room definitely not!

  Liked: The meal at the restaurant was very good indeed! Food, service and ambiance were great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, towels were plentiful and good quality.

  Disliked: The room could best be described as ‘spartan’. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, there was only one chair in the room, no safe, no tea maker, a bath without a plug, a shower (in the bath) that you had to put on from inside the bath. I discovered by accident that our electronic key opened another room, which made me wonder if someone else’s key would open our door.

  Lovely small hotel on the beach with fabulous restaurant ( vegetarian/ vegan beware!)

  Disliked: The bed and pillows were not that comfortable No safe deposit or kettle with tea and coffee making facility in the room

  We enjoyed our stay but would probably choose something nearer to the centre of Zahara on our next visit

  Liked: Room was fine.Breakfast was excellent, location and access to the beach were very good. Pool area and sunset bar also very good.

  Disliked: Wi-Fi not great, signal strength varied hugely across the site.
