Liked: Nice location, between station and center. Bed were comfy and clean
Disliked: Bathroom was not well cleaned when we arrived, many hairs of previous room users in the bathtub, and bidet was not spotless clean.

Comfortable Room/ Love Zamora!
Liked: Stayed for one night after driving from Bilboa, the reception staff were most friendly and helpful. Our Room was spotless with a comfortable bed, I was very pleased with the bathroom, it had a large Bath and powerful shower. Great to see that the room also had air conditioning and a fridge. I would definitely stay again. The underground parking was extra but needed. There is some really nice places to eat within walking distance and Zamora is a beautiful well kept City! Las avenidas hamburgueseria across from this Hotel serves delicious food and the service by the young lady is extremely friendly and polite. She has a great sense of humour and speaks English well.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee station by the reception where you can sit and enjoy complimentary coffee.
Disliked: I don’t understand what is the problem with doors for hotel designers. But bathrooms with basically no doors are criminal. You don’t always travel alone and it’s just uncomfortable. We have a small child he went to sleep early and I couldn’t even shower without waking him up.
