  Beautiful little hotel, very comfortable, very pleasant

  Liked: We loved this little hotel in an old building that was renovated to the highest standards with high quality materials. The room, a double, was actually a junior suite with a separate sitting area. Everything was really well thought out resulting in a high level of aesthetics. The comfort was great. Big, white, fluffy towels, a huge queen size bed, excellent bathroom. The location right in the center of Zamora was great. The underground parking is just a three minutes walk.

  Disliked: Check in was remote, guided on by text messages. For foreign visitors these ought to be in English, not in Spanish. Just a minor point.

  Liked: Second visit - just as clean, quiet, and well-run as last year. This time I arrived by bike - they allowed me to store it in a secure and handy basement area.

  Liked: Todo! Hemos tenido un problema con el código de entrada y Ana nos ha ayudado al momento. La habitación es cómoda, moderna y muy silenciosa. La habitación da a una plaza donde hay una terraza y no se escucha nada. Te dejan unas pastas y café de cortesía para hacer un desayuno rápido.
