  Fantastic!

Liked: Spent two nights at Ameztoi. Spotless room. Amazing views. So peaceful. Nice, helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Great wine tour and tasting. We didn’t have a car but there is a lovely walking path from the hotel to Getaria town that takes 15-20 mins and avoids the roads.

Disliked: We loved our stay but would have been easier to see the area and get to the airport if we had a car.

Liked: The location was beautiful and our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We found it easy to check in without the staff there, as we were arriving after the staff had finished for the day.

Disliked: On the booking, it explained there would be bar snacks in the evening, wine etc to enjoy on the terrace. We planned ahead and brought some small snacks to have instead of a big meal, however were expecting to have access to food that evening. Nobody was there when we arrived, and no food available. It was very odd having such an empty space and no details on what we could or couldnt use in the communal area. The space felt abandoned and quite eerie, not warm and welcoming.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with coffee and eggs made on demand. Every day they also baked a cake or basque tart. The view is amazing

Disliked: Staff is only present in the morning.
