    Spacious apartment in a great location, but some issues

    Liked: I stayed here for four nights and had mixed feelings about the experience. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and very spacious, which was a big plus. The location is excellent—close to the beach, the historic centre, and even a grocery store right in the building. Garage parking was also very convenient.

    Disliked: The check-in process was difficult and time-consuming. I didn’t receive any instructions before arrival, and communication was mostly in Spanish, which made things more challenging. The apartment lacked some basic kitchen equipment - no kitchen towel, no bowls, a broken wine opener, and no proper knife to cut bread. These small things added up and made self-catering less comfortable. The biggest downside was the noise. Loud music from nearby venues lasted until 5am, followed by noisy cleaning services outside from 8am. With no air conditioning, we had to choose between keeping the windows closed and being too warm, or opening them and dealing with the noise. It would have been nice to have beach equipment available, as we’ve had in previous bookings. Overall, the apartment has potential, but a few improvements could make a big difference.

    It was an excellent stay at very nice accommodation. Having a supermarket in the building was great

    Liked: No breakfast was offered

    Disliked: Not having access to elevators in the garage to reach the apartment. We had to go up the garage ramp to reach the building from the exterior with all the luggage we had. It was not clear from staff why a direct elevator access was not provided
