  Dream stay

Liked: It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Five minutes after arriving, I was already at the concierge desk asking to extend my stay, which, unfortunately, was not possible. It turned out that I was very lucky to have gotten this room, as it had become available due to a last-minute cancellation. The room is spacious and offers every possible comfort: a large shower, two separate sinks and bathroom areas, and a very large bed. The in-room dining is excellent—simple, elegant, and very tasty. And the breakfast is simply astonishing, with a breathtaking view. There is also a wonderful swimming pool. The icing on the cake is Andrea at the concierge desk and the rest of the staff, who truly make your stay memorable. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit San Sebastian and explore the beautiful coast between San Sebastian and Bilbao.

  Disliked: All perfect

Great facility but lacking proper bar

Liked: Fantastic surrounings at the facility. The personnel are super cute and helpful.

Disliked: No proper bar, only self-service. Breakfast good but should have some different variety over the days. Slightly over-priced in August by international perspective.
