Liked: The room was clean and thd bed comfortable. The location wasn't too bad.

Disliked: Nowhere to park. The receptionist was not helpful in telling us where to park. The toilet flush wasn't working well. The towel rail didn't work. The duvet which was on the shelf did not have a cover and we wanted to use it. The whole room looked like it was worn out. There was no view as the windows were blocked out so we had no idea what the weather was like until we went outside. It was very, veryexpensive for what was provided. We would not stay there again. Disappointed.

  Quiet night in Zarautz

Liked: We booked two twin rooms and they met all of our requirements. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and efficient. The accommodation was located just outside of the old town and a short walk from the station and the beach. The room was quiet and dark at night so great for sleeping.

Disliked: No breakfast provided but they did direct us across the road to a suitable cafe.

  Satisfactory

  Liked: Convenient and clean.

Disliked: A bit Soul less. The cleaner was very helpful with allowing me to store bags. The whole place felt a little clinical, huge rooms but nothing inside.
