Exceptional
Perfect location, perfect view... but poor service
Liked: Fantastic view, great location. Several seating areas, great for a family to gather. Great to have a car park.
Disliked: Access upon arrival was a drama. Too many unclear instructions and the app didn't work. A kind man let us into the complex, but the same entry drama happened with the apartment block entry -- we had to wait for a kind occupant to unlock the exterior door to the block and let us in. Although we were told we had early access, the code to the apartment didn't work until 4pm. Once in, we found supplies were meagre -- 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 7 days, 2 dishwasher tablets, no hand soap or laundry detergent, 1 teatowel. In communication with the property manager, I was told we were expected to provide our own supplies. When I complained that by paying a lot of money to stay 7 nights, we would expect more supplies, she organised the cleaning team to drop off more. But it's not great to arrive and have to complain. A great view doesn't make up for poor service.
Beautiful apartment with the best views ever!
Liked: Everything was super. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Wonderful views. Good parking facility. Brilliant location. Our fifth time to Zarautz 👍
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. However, a few little tip. A full length mirror is needed, and instructions for the hob. Also, more towels would be good. We had nine nights and it wasn’t always possible to wash and dry the towels before they were needed again.
Good
Great stay
Liked: Location, great view and all amenities (washing machine, dish washer, …)
Superb
Liked: clean, modern, perfectly located spaceous appartment
Disliked: broken furniture was not replaced, like living table. Outside chairs were, but the old broken stuff remained. Small 'not like' compared to all the good stuff though
Spacious, comfortable apartment in a perfect location
Liked: Excellent location on the Zarautz boulevard with an amazing view. Very comfortable living room and great beds. We had a bit of a struggle to get in upon arrival to obtain the keys but the people from Aston Rentals responded immediately and were very helpful. Supermarket, restaurants, town centre are all within walking distance.
Disliked: One of the chairs on the balcony is broken and needs to be replaced.
