Fabulous

Liked: I stayed there for two weeks and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I really enjoyed my stay. My room was tidied every day and fully cleaned every three days. On the first day, guests also receive a welcome drink. In addition, free non-alcoholic drinks are offered on the days when you do not request full cleaning and choose tidying only. However, the most important thing to know is that there is an elevator opposite of the train station that you can use to reach the street above, which makes it much easier to get to the hotel. I only wish I had known about this earlier. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the friendly service and thoughtful extras.
Disliked: The single room was a bit too small, and the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
Clean & quiet hotel that's close to transportation & stores
Liked: Friend and I stayed at the Arthaus in late February to enjoy some Swiss skiing. The location is close to the bus stop, stores, and the train station, though there's about a 30m elevation difference with the latter. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and a couple of twin beds. The room, and hotel itself, was nice and quiet and very clean. We were treated to some welcome prosecco and had breakfast there for the 5 days we stayed, which was great. Anika was fantastic and answered all of my questions, before and during our stay. It was a very enjoyable trip and I have no hesitations recommending the Arthaus, though keep in mind that you do need to have reasonable mobility because I didn't notice wheelchair access and climbing some stairs is required. Friend suggested it would have been nice if the room had a small fridge, but this was not in the room description.

Liked: Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and great location close to the bus stop to the ski lifts. Rooms were small yet comfortable, and there was a ski room for equipment and boots.
Disliked: Although clearly not advertised, I would recommend the hotel build a spa somewhere in the basement. This would make the hotel go from superb --> exceptional in my opinion
