Liked: The staff were very professional and friendly. They were also extremely helpful. No complaints.

Nice old building isn’t enough for 5 stars
Liked: The breakfast und the architecture. Once it might have been a grand hotel.
Disliked: The mattresses were worn through, the door to the bathroom is only hanging from a hinge, the spa was only partially useable and the room maintenance only sporadically available. Spa treatment booked and employee just didn't show up. All in all not a 5 star hotel.
The wonderful staff made us feel so welcome and truly made our stay unforgettable

Liked: Breakfast was exceptional! Room was huge and there was even a welcome treat! Bathroom was also very large. Location is fantastic and free transportation was great. Definitely returning!
Disliked: The beds were hard. The pillows were flat. The room was extremely warm and had no mosquito netting at the windows. We were taking a chance with the mosquitoes in order to get fresh air. No fan provided. No blackout blinds or curtains and there was a lot of light at night.
