Liked: We arrived at 11am and were able to have our room straight away. We had asked for a quiet room and we certainly got that. We slept extremely well as it was dark and quiet in the room. The spa area was such a treat. We were able to spend time in the pool, hot tub and sauna. It was a very pretty area of the hotel. Staff were very helpful. I didn’t realise the adapter for Switzerland is different and the hotel let me borrow two which was so kind. Breakfast was very good, better than I expected.
Disliked: There wasn’t much wrong with this hotel. Just take care at night as this is close to the red light district and therefore you will see this, even during the day but we felt safe nonetheless. It wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

Clean, convenient, and friendly, but a little compact
Liked: We had a pleasant stay at 9Hotel Paquis Geneva. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Lake Geneva and the central train station, with plenty of tram and bus connections nearby. There are also lots of good restaurants and shopping options in the surrounding area, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel is neat, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a reasonably good variety of choices, providing a nice start to the day.
Disliked: On the downside, the hotel is quite compact, and the lift is rather small. The room could also be improved by adding a full-length mirror, which would be a useful addition for guests.
