Liked: Great location, easy parking, quiet. Very good option. Will come back anyway.
Was good in general however I wish the mattress was harder for I have back pain. was soft
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Quite and clean with free parking
Liked: very good location for CERN vistors, very clean, big room with kitchinette, comfortable and very clean
Disliked: the information on how to aceess the hotel is very little and difficult to find
Disliked: Very disappointing experience. The rooms were extremely hot, and the staff were not helpful at all. The rooms were not cleaned daily, and every time there seemed to be a different excuse for why housekeeping couldn’t clean them. There was also no restaurant where we could order food, and the breakfast was very disappointing. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money we paid, and I would not recommend staying here.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
Liked: I had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was even upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The breakfast buffet offered a great options. The location is perfect — close to the airport and major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back on my next trip. Thank you for a memorable stay!
