Convenient Stay Near the Train Station
Liked: The location is one of its biggest advantages, being conveniently close to the train station, which made traveling around the city extremely easy and practical. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their professional and positive attitude made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a good level of comfort. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and everything was in good condition throughout my stay.
Disliked: The only minor downside is that the hotel is located on a main street in a very lively area. As a result, street noise can be noticeable, especially if you prefer sleeping with the windows open. With the windows closed, however, this was not a significant issue.
Don’t stay here. book the NYXhotel instead
Liked: Not much.
Disliked: I arrived here with my family in law with 4 rooms. The place was dirty with insects and mosquitos in the room and one of our family members got bitten. It was outdated and dirty. We asked for two twin rooms as we had family travelling with their teenage kids that couldn’t share a bed. The beds were pushed together and no effort was made about our request at all when the cleaner could have prepared them earlier. We arrived at 12 in the night and this was extremely disappointing. The parking for vans is not on site and at a sister hotel which we also had a problem with as there was another van half in our spot and we could not park we had to park in an electric car spot. After expressing our annoyance to the reception, whose English wasn’t the best, he called his manager in another sister hotel again and we got moved to the NYX hotel. This hotel was fabulous. The staff were amazing. The restaurant was delicious. The rooms were immaculate. Thankfully there was another option for us to go somewhere and the manager helped us out as everyone was very distraught and disappointed after travelling all day through the beautiful Switzerland countryside to get there. We later found out from the hotel there was in fact mosquitos in the rooms and they said they got treatment for the rooms. I appreciate the manager for taking the appropriate steps to help us here.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown Geneva
Liked: Lovely clean and modern hotel in the heart of Geneva within walking distance of the railway station and directly opposite a tram stop. Ideal if you have business at the Palais de Nations. Staff were excellent.
Disliked: An Iron and ironing board can’t be provided in the room but they have a room on the 8th floor to do that. I was provided a room on the 7th so it wasn’t such a big deal. The ‘bar’ facility seemed like a make do table affair - it would be nice to have a permanent facility to relax in.
