Liked: Location the staff were all very nice and the hotel for being older was very good.
An OK hotel with good breakfasts, conveniently located to trams & a reasonable walk to trains
Liked: The room was OK. The breakfast and dining room were good. The location was OK for us to travel to places around and outside of Geneva.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the receptionist when we arrived. She wrote on a piece of paper our room number & that it was on the first floor, but after looking for some time we couldn't find it. We had to go back to her & then she corrected it to the ground floor, where we eventually found the room. Then, when we wanted an electric kettle we had to contact her again. She said she'd have one sent to our room asap but hours later when no kettle had arrived we had to contact her yet again & remind her. Not a good enough introduction to the hotel in our first few hours there! First impressions matter! The males in reception that we spoke with on subsequent days were very good.
