  Fantastic hotel!

Liked: Hotel is in an excellent location, easy for business meetings around city centre, with plenty of great restaurants and food options. Rooms are clean and comfy that comes with awesome L'occitane products:) Front desk is extremely friendly and helpful but Antonio in particular really stood out - he gave us plenty of tips and recommendations and because of him we had a fantastic day trip to Annecy after getting bored of Geneva. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Geneva and I highly recommend

Disliked: The housekeeping supervisor refused to give extra facial tissue box nor extra towels... Which is a shame as that was the only negative thing about the hotel

Liked: Exceptional Stay in Geneva – Outstanding Service from Loïck! We had a truly fantastic stay at Fraser Suites Geneva. The property itself is exceptional—superbly located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of the lake, shopping, and Old Town, yet wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The suites are impeccably maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a seamless, relaxing stay. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the hospitality. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Loïck at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Loïck provided world-class service—professional, genuinely warm, and attentive to every detail. His proactive assistance, welcoming attitude, and helpful local recommendations made us feel right at home and ensured our trip went smoothly. It is rare to encounter staff who care so sincerely about their guests’ comfort. Loïck is a credit to the Fraser Suites team. We will definitely make this our home away from home whenever we return to Geneva, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
