Disliked: Just one thing when the washroom door close and exhaust fan going on it make some noise.
Disliked: Very disappointing experience! The hotel provides absolutely no support in emergency situations. We faced an urgent issue and called the emergency number provided on the door five times, but nobody answered. There was no assistance available when we needed it most. What is the point of providing an emergency contact number if nobody picks up? This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Guests should be able to rely on basic support, especially in emergencies.
Very well situated on the river Rhône leading to all the attractions
