Great hotel at a convenient location and reasonable price
Liked: Location is amazing! Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful room!
Disliked: Breakfast is quite limited, that’s the only downside. Not much warm food. You have to boil your own egg and it takes a while. Not much veggies at all, no variety for vegetarian guests other than the pastries

Liked: We recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel International & Terminus. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, the breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Maggy at the front desk, who was exceptionally attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
Great choice for meetings at the UN, CICG, etc
Liked: The location (1 minute from the main train station, trams, etc) is perfect. It's close to many restaurants. The room was comfortable, the shower was great, and the WiFi was strong and reliable.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was OK, but limited for vegetarians and vegans. I would have liked some vegetables, and more bread options.

Friendly staff, very clean and convenient for the station
Liked: Helpful staff and the place was immaculate. We needed to get to the train station early so it’s very convenient for that being so close to the train station!
Disliked: We stayed in August and our room was BOILING!! So I opened the window to let some air in at night and then I was woken at 4:00 by all the van/bin trucks/deliveries/buses/emergency vehicles starting their day!! So it’s hot and noisy!

Liked: The location was near train station yet very quiet in the room, comfortable bed, nice amenities, excellent breakfast choices, helpful staff. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake.
