Bad experience in this hotel
Liked: The location and the garden around the building
Disliked: Be careful when booking in this hotel as some rooms does not have a bathroom. Also, I have booked another room and unfortunately the toilet is not flushing properly as you need to wait 1 hour to flush it again. The lady at the reception blamed us after using it for one time! But they fixed it the next day. The receiption lady was not helpful enough when i asked her to change the rooms. but she eventually changed the shared room after long discussions and added extra charge!
Liked: The rooms were spacious, and the corridors and staircases had a nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed the outdoor gardens and appreciated the complimentary chocolates.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning, which made it extremely difficult to sleep during my entire stay. I also went down to reception three times to ask for the free public transport card that was supposed to be provided, but no one was ever there to assist me. The bathrooms were not particularly clean, or at least they appeared that way — perhaps limescale buildup made them look unclean.

Liked: Good location, it was a budget stopover! So fair price for the room and breakfast. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Great stay, lovely and interesting city
Liked: Lovely setting in a lovely location in a Geneva suburb. Convenient from trams and local station. City centre walkable... 30 minutes.
Liked: Marks out of ten,fifteen, the wonderful Italian lady at reception made the holiday so easy. I will recommend this place to my friends in Scotland. Thank you all once again.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a wee bit better
