Liked: Everything was great that explains why I always stay in your great hotel for many years now.

Not happy
Liked: The staff at reception were very patient and helpful, The room was large enough and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel lobby is so odd and filled with security men in suits watching everyone (obviously someone was there who needed that but still its creepy). The decor is a mix of Asian styles and who knows what. We ate at the bar twice and both times the waitress did not come back to see if we needed anything or wanted a refill (which we did). The hotel was out of the way for the sights we wanted to see. Prices were ridiculous. And they overcharged us until we questioned it.
Liked: Location
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, and unfortunately, the room service was also unsatisfactory. I requested water several times, but I did not receive any response or assistance. I hope the hotel can improve these services in the future.
Excellent for a summer's visit to Geneva, central and with possibility to swim in Lake Geneva
Liked: Fantastic location just across the street from Lake Geneva. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool facility.
Disliked: My first room was large and well appointed, but I could hear talking from the neighboring room through the adjoining door. On request I was moved to another, smaller, but quieter room.

Disliked: Geneva in general is very expensive for comfortable lakeside hotels. So I shouldn't have been surprised by the price... and I chose to book, of course. Also, when requesting to recharge our hybrid we were met with practical disbelief which I found odd for a 5 star hotel. It was done in the end but we seemed to be the first people who ever asked for this?
