  Beautiful location but needs some improvement

  Liked: Location was beautiful and the staff excellent

  Disliked: The stay was upset by a change to the booking that was fixed but it took a lot of correspondence. The rooms were very warm despite being air conditioned. It is obviously more set up for functions as the arrival floor was more a function area than a classical hotel lobby. Breakfast was served in a large function room and looked out of place. Food was nice though

  Glorious location & a beautiful park with view

  Liked: A wonderful location with a beautiful park and view of the lake. Staff are so special and made us feel very welcome. Sheik checked us in and was very welcoming & Sara at breakfast helped give us some local tips. Breakfast team were also lovely. It is a residence so there is not someone atthe reception desk all the time bit the team can be contacted because it is managed by the metropole.
