  Security Breach

  Liked: Location was good. 1 duty manager who checked us in was nice.

  Disliked: We checked into the hotel on 15th October for four nights. Check-out was on 19th October, and the incident which happened with my friend and I was on 18th past midnight. At 12:40 AM while we were fast asleep, someone opened the door of our room with a key. There was a “do not disturb” sign also at the door. The person came inside the door, took a couple of steps, only to realise that we were in the room, and then immediately left. We were petrified of the whole experience and kind of in disbelief. Immediately I called up on the WhatsApp number of the hotel to speak to figure out what just happened as we were in so much shock. I spoke to the duty manager and he kept apologising that it was his mistake, and he happened to give a wrong key card to one of your guests. I am appalled by this kind of experience and the senior management has not even bothered to reply to my email since past 2 weeks. This is totally intolerable.

  Disliked: We have to take stairs to reach our room on 6th floor. With luggage it was an inconvenience. We have to lift the bathroom door to open. We stayed only for 2 nites so we did not bother complaining.
