Disliked: URGENT FORMAL COMPLAINT – WRONG ADDRESS, POOR COMMUNICATION AND UNSAFE BED, Dirty sheets, dead bed bug, broken shower nob etc Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this property. The accommodation address provided in our booking was: 8 Rue Charles-Cusin, Pâquis, 1201 Genève. However, the actual property was at 10 Rue Charles-Cusine, Paquis. 1201 Genève. We spent almost TWO HOURS trying to locate the accommodation with our children. The property owner did not answer our calls, messages, voice messages or emails. We eventually received help from a local resident at the address provided, and only then could we locate the property. This caused considerable distress and exhaustion for our family. Even my family had waited before at previous addresses (8 rue Charles -cusine,Pâquis) we search but there’s no trace of name Pete Noel or danisa!later my children where so tired that they sat on dirty floor, you can verify by camera there, my husband went a restaurant with tired boys and order food and paid 60 € cash while we brought 3 days prepared meal with Picard frozen food carrier. Later I again went there with hope because in later emails he accepted chack-in at 16.00-17.00 but there no man but 3 others building person helps me and one handicapé local women helping with complete 30-40 minutes to trace and contact with property man with given numbers massaging trough! Before he said he not answering me through massage but after given booking.com ‘s email information that I could contact property owner’s number then he send corrected address 10 rue Charles -cusin, paquis. And apartment and floor. He probably wanted that I will give up and left and he not refunding. Or scam me with even extra 18.50€! Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The bed frame is extremely unstable. When an adult sits on the edge, the entire frame bends downwards. We are concerned that it could collapse.

Liked: Nothing it’s a scam we never have the possibility to enter the appartment
Disliked: She stole our money and left us stranded on the street; no one showed up for check-in. She didn't answer the phone for two days, and then—surprise, surprise—when Booking contacted her, she claimed she had sent the instructions. That’s a lie; it’s a scam. Stay away.
Interesting and sketchy
Liked: How spacious the apartment was could definitely fit more people than just the four of us!
Disliked: The location is in a red light district and can give sketchy vibes
Liked: The only positive point was that it was budget friendly otherwise it was the worst experience. The floors had cracks. All the time there was noise of loud music and hooting as it was nearby nightclubs. The elevator could accommodate only two persons and it was also faulty
Disliked: The location was extremely disturbing. The management of the property was extremely non cooperative. For just a few franks they were not giving me entry even though I assured that I'll pay in cash. I had no facility for online payment of the taxes. The crockery seemed to be collected from some second hand shops as every cup looked different. Washing machine was non-functional. I requested a fan, but with no response. The one lying there was damaged. The kitchen was extremely dirty. An old fashioned TV was lying there but with no electricity connection plus no signals. Door scrap was lying inside the property.

Disliked: 1. The pictures did not match the actual place! 2. They wouldn’t let us check in until 6pm! 3. Bad part of town!!!! I did not feel safe with my kids.

Liked: Property address was different and they check in us at other place completely not happy with approach
