Fabulous
Excelent
Liked: The room was minimalist yet clean, and well-maintained, with a large, comfortable bed. Everything looked neat and tidy. You are personally escorted to your room and given a few brief instructions, which was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The shower hose is quite stiff and sits at an awkward angle, making it difficult to position the showerhead properly without it turning sideways. As soon as the water was turned on, the water pressure caused the showerhead to swing in the opposite direction. The mechanism that holds the showerhead in place also felt a little loose. Tightening it or replacing it with a more secure mechanism would make a big difference and would make everything perfect. That said, this in no way detracted from the overall experience of the room, which was excellent. This is simply intended as constructive feedback to help make an already great experience even better.
Great place to stay in Geneva, city farm at its best!
Liked: Loved it, very comfortable and a little quirky place to stay, great breakfast and fantastic staff
Disliked: It’s not in the city centre so needs a short tram ride to get there but otherwise absolutely no issues
Liked: Very nice accommodation, very helpful staff. Geneva center is only a 20 minutes bus ride with bus number 7, which is also free with the travel card issued by the hotel. Location offers quiet strolls in the countryside. A pedestrian bridge over the Rhone is just a 5 minutes walk downhill from the farm.
A wonderful stay at this unique property
Liked: What a unique and beautiful family farm hotel property, so serene and comfortable, with wonderfully helpful and kind staff. The reservation manager Claire was particularly helpful and great with communication throughout. It’s hard to believe this is right in the city of Geneva and literally less than ten minutes from the airport. We enjoyed walking around the lush grounds and to a nearby restaurant only five minutes away. There is a nice breakfast room and even a small store with local farm products and produce for purchase. Our booking was only one night at the end of a long travel schedule, and next time we certainly will book and stay a bit longer.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to keep travel leftovers, otherwise everything was wonderful.
Lovely and with the Geneva Tourist travel card it made getting into the City really easy
Liked: Nice rooms and comfortable bed. It was nice to be out of Geneva a little way, but there is a large block of flats nearby that is safe but obtrusive.
Good value for money (for Switzerland)
Liked: Cozy stay in a quite area, but with enough shops and restaurants nearby. The place has a rustical look, but it is very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Wi-Fi connection was really bad and no slippers were provided.
