  Staff is so kind and truly wants to make your stay fantastic

  Liked: Beautiful property near Lake Geneva!

  Disliked: Some parts not renovated but still all in very nice shape and many thoughtful details like Dyson air wrap hairdryer!

  Great staff but too expensive and not worth it

  Liked: The staff are really friendly and do a lot of effort to give you the best experience

  Disliked: I had a really expensive suite but I could still hear every single person talking above me, and even the footsteps. Also the price is really ridiculously high for what you get, in other countries you will get something so much better for this price.

  A comfortable hotel with attentive management that takes guest feedback seriously

  Liked: The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location was also convenient for our stay.

  Disliked: During our stay, there was an issue that affected our overall impression of the hotel. However, the management responded promptly, took the matter seriously and assured me it would be investigated and resolved.
