Convenient hotel for GVA airport passengers
Liked: We enjoyed the ease of access from GVA airport thanks to the easy & reactive airport shuttle service.
Disliked: We would have much preferred having an option to order our breakfast in-room for 30 min before departure to our early flight (the very reason why we chose an airport hotel to stay at!). This service we were told, wasn’t available, unless we wanted to call the restaurant early 30-45 min before our time of breakfast delivery and place an order then (waking everyone up in our room -2young children/ family of 4- in order to achieve that, which was definitely not an option for us!). We ended up having to eat at the terminal instead, which wasn’t ideal, but still better than the hotel option!

Liked: Restaurant staff were helpful.
Disliked: Rooms were not clean and then next day cleaning lady did not do the job properly. On top of that our suitcase was opened and she took away one item.
