Fabulous
A good spacious hotel room with a convenient tram stop around the corner to catch to the city center
Liked: It was very convenient. They have a shuttle right outside the airport to take us to the hotel, also a shuttle back to the airport the next day. The shuttle driver was awesome, he went above and beyond to help us with our luggages all the way to our room and also got a cart at the airport to put our luggages in to the airport check in counter. That’s service at its best!
Disliked: In the bathroom, it seems like the extra roll of tissue paper has been sitting there and had gathered dust over time. It looked dirty.
Excellent Airport Hotel in Better Location than Strip
Liked: I think we were upgraded as our room had a Nespresso, which I very much appreciated in the morning as we had to depart before breakfast started. The staff here are excellent, I also very much appreciated being given out room early as my daughter & I were exhausted from an early flight. The location is excellent as there is an Aldi nearby & the tram station. Reception advised I take my daughter to CERN. Take the 18 tram (not 14 as I mistakenly jumped on, as it bends round the corner) opposite direction to Geneva. This is free & was absolutely fascinating. You have to book the tour ages in advance but we still managed to book the galleries on the day. There were so many interactive exhibits (in multiple languages) we happily spent 2 hours there. The shuttle is every half hour, the blue bus (follow signs to exit airport - hotel shuttles) & the drivers were very friendly.
Disliked: Only complaint was the extraction fan in bathroom was so noisy I didn't turn on light. Felt like drilling through one's head when submerged in bath & plug was leaking. Extraction fan from next door woke me up at half 4, no matter we had to get up anyway but these bathroom maintenance issues need fixing. Otherwise a great stay.

The NH Geneva Airport hotel offers a free airport shuttle service every 30 minutes (in case of delay, please call the hotel). Please note the following schedule for the shuttle service: from 05:50 to 15:50 every 30 minutes from 16:00 to 23:40 every 30 minutes.
