Guest reviews
Very good
loved the studio apartment and its location
Disliked: unlocking the door the first time was unexpectedly hard.
Liked: Everything really clean and organised at our arrival. Comfortable bed and spacious flat.
Disliked: Was happening a little construction on the building but besides that everything was good
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and having an additional sofa was a great bonus, especially for a longer stay. We also really appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and made our stay even more convenient. The location is excellent, with a tram stop nearby, making it very easy to get around. There is also a lovely park within walking distance, which was a great place to relax and take a walk. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience with the check-in and room access was quite frustrating. It was unnecessarily complicated to obtain and use the codes needed to enter the building and the room. After arriving, we spent almost 20 minutes trying to open the door. The process was so confusing that I even had to ask guests from the neighboring rooms to help me figure out how to open it. Our room was located directly opposite the laundry room, and on several occasions I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to turn off the beeping sound coming from the machines so that I could sleep. One night, I could hear the beeping for almost half the night, which was extremely disturbing. I understand the idea of a keyless self-check-in system, but in this case it was far too complicated and not user-friendly. Combined with the noise from the laundry room, this significantly affected our stay. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed in the future.
Liked: Great apartment in Geneva. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The transport links were excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The air conditioning was also fantastic and really appreciated during the heatwave. A great place to stay for exploring Geneva.
Highly recommend
