Fabulous
Short and sweet
Liked: Location was nice and clean rooms
Disliked: Airport shuttle would be nice
Room too hot
Liked: By a bus / tram stop. Not far from the airport. A restaurant (Swiss Bistrot) next door.
Disliked: We stayed on the 13 October and found the room far too hot. The thermostat was set to the lowest temperature but wasn't cooling the room. There was a sign above the thermostat saying that air conditioning only kicks in when the ambient temperature is above 26 degrees in the summer, it must have still been 'summer'. Luckily we could open the windows but it's quite a noisy road so it didn't make for a peaceful stay, and there was no breeze. The reception said they didn't have any fans. Apart from the heat issue, the hotel was fine, the room spacious and well equipped.

Liked: Close to airport, friendly staff at the restaurant, clean.
Disliked: No airport Shuttle and nobody who answered the phone. There is room service but you have to go to the restaurant to order and then pick up your tray.
Does what it says on the tin - a brilliant stay in Geneva
Liked: You know what you’re getting. It’s easy to get into town. The team were brilliant and super friendly on check in and in general. The rooms are so soundproof. You have everything you need. Everything was spotless clean.
Disliked: In the morning you could smell the jet fuel as it’s so close to the airport.
