Great value great location
Liked: Great for the price in Geneva. Great location for business on the lake but still central a few doors down from four seasons as most more affordable options I’ve tried are all In red light district near station!
Disliked: Nothing was terrible. You do get what you pay for in terms of luxury but this is great value and functional with unusually for Switzerland friendly and helpful service.
Disappointed, would not recommend
Disliked: The double deluxe room is advertised as offering a landmark view. One window overlooked a courtyard with scaffolding, the other the roof of an extension on the hotel. The chaise lounge had two visible stains

Liked: Fantastic location. Accommodating, friendly team. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom was small and cluttered. With a badly placed, dated shower that drenched the entire room. Needs modernising.
