Exceptional
Fantastic stay
Liked: Good location, friendly staffs, value for money. Location is just a min walk from coop & about 20mins walk from harder kulm station.
Disliked: I think the separate private toilet caught me off guard. It’s clean and spacious, but i genuinely think it’s a little troublesome to be keeping an eye on your personal room and toilet, as you’ll need to lock your room when you go to your own private toilet & then unlock the toilet doors, then lock it again.
Great value and customer service
Liked: The location was great. Close to the train station and restaurants. They offered a shared refrigerator and access to microwave, coffee and tea 24/7.
Liked: Breakfast staff is nice.
Disliked: Check-in is very complicated at least 20 minutes.

Liked: A very pleasant surprise. An unassuming and small chalet-style hotel here in Interlaken turns out to be the most memorable one in our four-city tour of Switzerland. You'll feel at home being looked after by a caring family. Owner Christopher (maybe Cristoph) at the reception was helpful, understanding and most pleasant to deal with. The former owner, Jean-Louis (Cristopher's father) was a charming man. I felt the personal touch from the staff and it was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was great and you can even do laundry with coins. And not forgetting the most friendly resident guard, Bush.
Disliked: Nothing significant.
Liked: The room is so comfortable and have all what we needed inside it. I choose room with balcony because i want see the nature from my room and i really like it and satisfied! All staff is very kind and friendly and i will recommend this hotel to my friends also if they wanna come Interlaken!
