  Liked: Lovely hotel, staff was great. The Fontana restaurant and the spa were fantastic. The room was spacious with an incredible view from the balcony.

  Disliked: Only nitpicky things. There is quite a hill to climb, but it’s worth it for the view you get. Spa was a quite pricey.

  Lovely and relaxing stay!

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful and well-maintained garden, and a clean pool. We arrived earlier than check-in, and they kindly provided us with towels and offered us to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room, a very thoughtful gesture. Beautiful views, very good breakfast, and the free shuttle service on arrival and departure was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay overall.

  Disliked: The only thing we liked less was the dinner at the hotel restaurant.

  Excellent stay in Locarno

  Liked: Location, The Garden (!!), the Grotto. Good food.

  Disliked: Dinner was very nice, however plate portions and speed (especially for kids food) could be improved!
