Fabulous
Loved this spot
Liked: Loved this spot, wonderful customer service, lively atmosphere right outside the hotel, excellent affordable grocery store right beside to resupply for hiking, excellent location for hikers on the Haute Route. Clean. Spacious. Has character (w/ awesome free public valley VIP bus/gondolla pass all the way to Fionnay).
Disliked: No fan (nor Air Conditioner) - a simple fan would have been amazing. So hot, no air flow w/ windows open, sleep was difficult - a simple fan or two would have made this room been perfect.
Liked: Great location, comfy rooms, average breakfast
Disliked: There could be more breakfast options (e.g., some vegetables). It's hard to find a parking spot nearby, even for a moment just to check in/check out. It would be great if the restaurant had longer open kitchen hours.
Liked: Perfect location near the lift to the slopes. Huge free parking available near the place in case the one of the hotel is full.

Okay but not an option for us in the future
Liked: The location is perfect. An easy walk to the ski lift.
Disliked: We had stay here many times years ago and nothing has changed. The hotel is okay basically clean. The entrance was very unappealing, and looked unkept; full ashtrays and half empty glasses in front. The room was okay very sparse, we did notice our trash was not emptied upon our arrival. The price is a little too high for what you get. Breakfast used to be included now there is a charge. You are paying for the location. Parking is very limited. There is a restaurant which we use to love, unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience the waitress was rude and was rushing us. We had fondue served with slices of bread not cubes. The food was okay but we didn’t go back.
