Beautiful, spacious chalet with incredible views close to town
Liked: Beautiful huge chalet with incredible views. Right on top of the main part of Verbier. Generously sized rooms, very well equipped kitchen if a tad old. Responsive real estate agent.
Disliked: The fridge didn’t work particularly well during our stay but the agency notified the owner and said something will be done about it. Directions and instructions on waste disposal and recycling need to be clearer.

Liked: location amazing and price great overall we loved it and will hope to stay there again!
Disliked: two very small things: - paying for linen to be put on the beds for an expensive chalet seems off. the linens and pillows were also pretty old. - using the laundry seemed like a strange idea when we asked about it. eventually they said I could go get tokens from another real estate company. But we were staying for two weeks, and needed to do lots of laundry. I suggest that you just assume people will need laundry for anything over a few days, and make it easier. paying for it is fine but you should offer tokens on check in.
