Fabulous
Liked: In great spot, close to everything in the town and more than big enough to fit 8 grown adults in with ease.
Disliked: Some of the bathrooms could do with better ventilation and maybe add a electric car charger and it would be perfect.
Liked: House was lovely
Disliked: Oven did not work. Meant our family meal was a disaster. We ended up having to go out. An expense we were trying to avoid. Chair leg no attached, blind fell off window, bathroom tap running non stop. Single pit you up bed, one bed in large bedroom and bed in downstairs room uncomfortable
Liked: My family and friends really enjoyed the time we spend in Betws Y Coed Holiday Home by Guestz. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The local shops were just few steps away. I am going to recommend it to my friends if anyone travelling to North Wales. Great experience!

Fantastic large house at a convenient location
Liked: Great property at a convenient location. Five large bed rooms, very large lounge and large dining area. The facilities are fantastic. Very well equipped kitchen, wood heating, BBQ etc. 12 of us enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We found rats downstairs due to which people sleeping downstairs could not sleep well. The downstairs bedroom needs a mirror as we as the downstairs toilet needs a mirror.
Great property for multiple couples and family but property needs a deep clean decoration and refurb

Disliked: Very tired decor and very cluttered with excessive furniture Superficially clean but very dusty /dirty bathroom floor/mucky kitchen equipment -clearly only been whizzed through by cleaners Carpets threadbare Mattresses need replacing as uneven with springs popping out Sauna is in one of the bathrooms and when on heats the bedroom above to an excessive level
