The best B&B in Snowdonia
Liked: Discovered the B&B while searching for some central accommodations around Snowdonia (Eryri). It looks cute, picturesque and cozy, and it got me hooked. My expectations were completely blown out of the water! Jackie, one of the owners, is the friendliest person I have ever met. Every morning she served the best English breakfast and provided great insights on what to do during the day, if the weather was hiking friendly, which places were accessible or hidden small gems that we could visit. The place itself was pristine, clean and tidy, and the rooms had a cozy nice old British Guesthouse vide. The countryside around the place was gorgeous and the town of Betws-y-Coed had very nice places to visit for food or shopping. 100% planning on visiting again!
Liked: We stayed here for four nights and had a lovely experience. The room was a decent size, the bedding was very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water. The location was great just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, with a beautiful riverside walk along the way. It was also a great base for exploring Snowdonia, with plenty of hiking/walking options nearby. Breakfast was one of our favourite parts. Everything was freshly prepared and made with genuine care and served by the hosts themselves, which was such a lovely touch. There was a good variety of options available and everything we had was enjoyable and well prepared. Jackie was incredibly helpful, lending us walking sticks for our hikes and giving us great recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Betws-y-Coed.
