  Comfortable Cottage

  Liked: Great cottage with a nice owner

  Disliked: The bridge allowing a short walk to town was closed and had been for years although this was still mentioned as open on Booking.com. The price should have been similar to those that are a drive away from town.

  Cozy comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting

  Liked: We loved the cottage. It was perfect for our family of three and a great location for activities that we arranged. We would stay here again if in the area. The host was most helpful.

  Very enjoyable, but bear in mind it’s a 20 minute walk on the road to the village

  Disliked: The path to the village is closed, so location is not as good as it appears

  Lovely location, very comfortable apart from minor issues above

  Liked: Property was very nice, in a beautiful location, very well equipped. Not far from centre of town.

  Disliked: Parking a bit difficult due to narrow entrance to driveway. Problems with heating as had to request this to be turned on at beginning of September but then came on in middle of night. Walk into town affected by closure of pedestrian footpath opposite.

  Cosy stone cottage in a beautiful location

  Liked: Very comfy beds (high for little kids), beautiful location, kitchen was well equipped. Very kind welcome gifts! We really enjoyed our stay.

  Disliked: Fire place is electric - not a drama but we thought it was going to be a real fire. Foot bridge is closed so walk to town is 25mins not 7. Nice walk though! We were able to use main parking area but cottage parking could be a squeeze if the other parking is full.
