Nice property in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyable stay
Liked: Property was clean and comfortable. Hosts left Welsh cakes and Prosecco which was unexpected and very welcome. The house has everything you need and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It's in a very good location, easy access to Betws-y-Coed and some lovely local walks - Swallow Falls is very nice. Would certainly consider staying at the property again were it not for the marketing company.
Disliked: The house itself is very good, no complaints. A coffee machine would have been nice but no big deal. The biggest issue was the marketing company Finest Retreats, firstly they decided to take the full amount before the cancellation period had expired - in their T&C's apparently, but if you cancel you can still get a refund - it only takes ten working days, hmmm, cash flow cash cow methinks. Secondly, they appear to have been subject to a data breach, so I now get scam calls and scam emails. I don't thank them for that. These small companies need to smarten up their act when it comes data security. I won't deal with them again.

A beautiful little cottage in an amazing location. Quiet with wonderful views. Loved it
Liked: We thought the the locations was fantastic and it was a nice walk into Betws-y-coed. The welcome pack was full of useful information about the local area, interesting walks and recommendations for local restaurants (the fish n chip shop was great!). Th house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay again in the future.
Disliked: The cleaner didn't do a great job, especially in the shower. But, after we informed the hosts they got this sorted the next day. We would have liked there to be more cleaning products so that we could clean the kitchen after cooking.

Disliked: Toilet seat did not fit shower very slippery non slip mat needed
