Very good
Enjoyed the stay despite the typical british weather
Liked: Location, country feel, despite small room the facilities were good
Disliked: Bathroom layout with enterance door, shower area. No wifi

Liked: Location is fantastic view from window great,staff friendly and polite
Disliked: Lack of service, did not top up teas coffees toilet rolls till day 4 of a five day holiday when the staff finally clean room and replenished supplies the did not shut the door properly so room was left open all day. The room is very tired needs redecorating bathroom ceiling needs immediate attention
Quirky room in a nice pub in a central location
Liked: It was a quirky room which made it interesting. Great central location
Disliked: It was quite a small room for the money I don't think it had a hairdryer
Liked: Lovely old building. The room was comfortable and clean.
Liked: Great size comfy bed, staff were amazing, great with the dogs. The location was great - right in the centre of Betws-y-coed, the parking was either in the free lay-by down the road, or the paid parking across the bridge. Super dog friendly restaurant area - we could sit anywhere and didn’t have to leave the dogs in the room or the car! So many beautiful walks nearby and so many options for food as well. The view out onto the river was beautiful. Loved how rustic the room felt, it fit right in with the areas history and vibe.
Disliked: Not really the property’s fault but there was a lot of traffic noise outside which the single glazed windows couldn’t really muffle out. The shower was ok but we found the body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles were tiny so a very small amount had to go a long way! However we did appreciate those being included. There was a fair bit of damp in the room but it is an old building and I suspect the single glazing and the constant wet weather of Wales doesn’t help.
