Liked: For what we had to do for the weekend, accommodation was spot-on very clean and everything was accessible, including the access to the bar
Disliked: Everything was accessible and easy to navigate round pet friendly and also the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcomed
Basic but clean and tidy
Liked: The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean.. Situated in a quiet village which was picturesque. A short drive to zip world and Betws-y- coed, ideal for a place to lay your head to visit surrounding Snowdonia. The pub below serves food in the evening and has a lovely log burner.
Disliked: The hotel did advertise a shared kitchen,however, this wasn't the case, and the room had no kettle, so it was a little disappointing not to be able to make a hot drink in the morning. The rooms are above a pub and there was a lot of loud voices and banging till gone 1am, which seemed to be from staff. Check in is advertised from 15:00 but when we arrived at 4pm the place was closed, we were lucky to bump into someone on the carpark after a short wait who let us in but our room wasn't quite ready, however we was given a slightly bigger room with a double bunk.
