  Good location, a bit pricey

Liked: Good location on Waterside of Derry city. You can walk across the Peace Bridge into the heart of the city. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Disliked: Did not like all the air fresheners in the rooms.

  DISGUSTING!

  Liked: The artwork decoration

Disliked: Upon arrival at the dirty and unpleasant apartment building really sets the tone. You go up the stain-filled steps to your apartment and when you open the door you can see and smell that the place isn't clean, looking around the apartment instantly lowered the vibe, it was clear this wasn't somewhere to relax, everything felt so unclean so we could not get comfortable at all. That night my mother found a used LUBE PACKAGE UNDER HER PILLOW! This shows this place does not get cleaned nor do the sheets even get changed. My partner (he doesn't wear pyjamas) got increasingly itchy throughout the night in the bed sheets and ended up spending both nights on the couch. The pillows are the most uncomfortable pillows you can imagine. The ancient single glazing window frames are mouldy and flaky, there's stains, dirt & dust on the kitchen counters and in the drawers, there's cigarette burns on the couch, the ARCADE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK, there's plenty of patches on the walls that need painted. There is clearly zero upkeep with the apartment and the contact email is clearly fake, it doesn't even try to look like a legit email address, everything about the place and how it's run is quite suspicious. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY

  Cute but disappointing

Liked: Decoration was nice, and location is great.

Disliked: Unfortunately the apartment was dirty, the shower, the appliances, the couch was not in great conditions, the arcade was out of order, fridge was dirty too.. it was uncomfortable the entire situation. This was my first time booking in property like this, and it wasnt the best experience. Definitely staying at hotels from now on. I would not recommend this property.

Nice a pt but detached host

Liked: Walking distance to center of town, nicely decorated.. Kitchen fully equipped

Disliked: Host was not very communicative. A misunderstanding about early checkin left confusion and uncertainty on my part as I had hoped to get in early to have remote work meetings. Host took a long while to respond to messages so tried calling the phone nbr on the listing but it didn't work.

  Tired and worn

Liked: The property is in a great location and has plenty of available parking. The host is great at responding to messages but apparently not great at acting on feedback, as all of our complaints have been raised previously in reviews.

Disliked: The property and furnishings were very tired and need to be replaced / refreshed. Bedding was old and of poor quality, towels were in short supply and mismatched, there were tears in furnishings and everything just felt worn. The property requires a thorough deep clean. There were dead flies on the kitchen tiles, inside kitchen cupboards were filthy and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Everything felt grubby and old. The kitchen is poorly equipped- only on sharp knife supplied, mix matched crockery, glasses and cutlery and not enough glasses. Whilst not the owners fault, sound proofing isn't the best and we were regularly disrupted by the neighbours coming and going.
