  Liked: Very comfortable beds rooms nicely decorated, bar food and breakfast good

  Disliked: Room very close to road very noisy traffic all night, bath with shower instead of Stand alone shower

  Loved the venue, the staff- everything but the storm which no one could fix:)

  Liked: We arrived during storm Boleo and they allowed us to check in early:) we went to the lounge and listened to the piano player ( he was there 7 hours!) and then we stayed for dinner since the weather was terrible. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel when you are hunkering down! Thank you!

  Everglades October break

  Liked: The food was great and the staff were really friendly and pleasant. Location slightly out of town is good as it's quiet.

  Disliked: This hotel is very much the poor relation in the Hastings group. Possibly a case of out of sight out of mind. It's a bit tired but functional but it could be really special. The pillows need serious attention. Has anyone from procurement ever slept on one? They are so flat and unsupportive. Could definitely be improved. I asked for extra pillows which is always my test for hotel guest care but never got them. I also couldn't book breakfast online and Hastings own website told me that they had no capacity however booking.com had, which I think was a bit strange.

  Nice place to stay not a nice place to eat

  Liked: Very easy to get on and off and park. The lounge is very nice and the bed is extremely comfortable. Very clean. Staff was helpful.

  Disliked: The food is not great. We were served rolled chicken and it was very dry. I wouldn’t have dinner here.
