  Satisfactory

  Liked: Excellent location, but due to the lack of on-site staff it's difficult to know some things. The hot air is unclear, the instructions on how to turn it on are not clear, the shower was bad, there was a gum stuck on the blanket and a torn towel.

  Functional for location. If you like anything upmarket, look elsewhere

  Liked: Location is fantastic, completely central. We enjoyed being able to walk around the city. Room was clean. Self-check in was effective and easy. Somebody answered the phone and sorted our towels issue.

  Disliked: Please don't expect much from the " Central courtyard view"- if you dare to look outside (as we unfortunately did) it's a view of bins and debris. Yikes! Tea and coffee facilities are old school. No bath towels when we arrived, we phoned and were sent to another room to take from there.

  Liked: Location and comfort, clean modern place, incredibly quiet in a busy road.

  Disliked: Toilet was unhinged and loose, shower tube was leakyafecting pressure, room heating not uniform cold at night really hot at day.

  Liked: Very central location. Security on site to ensure the hotel stayed quiet.

  Disliked: Walls between bathrooms were thin and could hear my neighbours using their shower. Privacy curtain on the window was broken and difficult to lower.

  Liked: Any negative outcome was purely my own fault unfortunately I am disabled so very slow I accidentally could not make it into my room in time toileting. Before this I was 100% proud to give the hotel a massive 10 stars. I have worked for the Dorchester group of hotels in the past and my best friend of 21 years is the ops director of the Beverly Hills hotel, apart from my own shirt falling I would recommend #9 to everyone

  Disliked: Nothing, everything excellent, only negative was my own failings with disability and had drank too much that night
