Bed was comfortable enough for me but I was extremely tired after a long day. Bad smell throughout the property

Liked: The bed was comfortable enough

Disliked: The stench of the place would have knocked you out. Stale smoke smell throughout the property. Mould in the fridge, dirt and dust everywhere, smelly bedding and a general bad vibe about the house. The host was friendly enough but could put some effort into the cleanliness of the property if your charging people to stay there. Close the the city centre which was handy

  Squalid

Liked: John was nice enough. It was also within easy walking distance of the cith centre.

Disliked: It was filthy. Also, there had been little thought given to the decor or lighting. — just mismatched second-hand furniture and gloomy yellow lightbulbs on blue walls. On the second morning of my stay mt first thought when I opened my eyes as I woke up was "Oh God. I'm still here." I spent three days trying hard not to notice the grunge, but on the bus now on the way back to Dublin Airport I am having flashbacks.

  Very good

Liked: Mountjoy House is very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Bishop's Gate of the Walled City. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I was able to leave some food in the refrigerator and do a load of laundry, which were very helpful. There also was a place to park my rent car on the street within view of my room. Access to major highways is also very easy.
