Suitable for some groups but not that clean or comfortable

Liked: Location was great. Right in the centre of town. Walking distance to everything. The home has everything you need and is bigger than the photos show. Has a TV with all apps like netflix, IPTV, nowtv etc. WiFi was very good. We turned up midday Saturday and struggled to find parking but after about 30 mins spaces did open up on the street.

Disliked: The place is very worn down and more like a student home. The bedding all smelt and we couldn't work out if It had been washed or not. It's a good property if you are big group for a stag do or party etc and cleanliness and comfort isn't the goal, otherwise I wouldn't really recommend if you are fussy about anything. It's next door to all the pubs in Derry so you can hear music until about midnight each night. No issue for us tho but worth noting. The only bathroom is downstairs through the kitchen.
