  Very comfy berth convenient to central Edinburgh and attractions

  Liked: Well adapted Georgian terrace house with character. Room was small but excellent use of space. Staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Time and commitments meant I could not partake of breakfast however room tea and coffee kit was excellent with niche luxury teas.

  Disliked: Room was just a tad bijou.

  Very comfortable and friendly welcoming staff

  Liked: Good location, beautiful building and decor.

  Disliked: Lot of stairs to our top floor room but this is not a complaint, we booked at short notice and as a Grade II listed building there is no lift … all understandable and did not spoil our stay.
