A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The luggage storage service was also convenient.

Disliked: More flexibility with early check-in would be appreciated, especially for guests arriving early in the morning. Although luggage storage is available, being able to access the room earlier, subject to availability, would improve the overall experience.

Comfortable and cozy stay in an old building

Liked: Very clean and comfortable beds, nice shampoos and lotions, dyson hair dryer. We had a spacious room on the second floor. Double windows so our room facing the main street was quiet

Disliked: Walls are very thin and floors a bit creaky

  Lovely hotel, great personal service

Liked: The room was lovely- the very high ceilings gave the smallish room more space;the location a bit off of tourist-central, but still very convenient; LOVED a live person at the front desk- excellent service

  Disliked: Nothing.
