  Lovely little place to stay near Leith close to trams and Royal Yacht Britannia

  Liked: Lovely quiet location. Rooms newly done and comfortable with fridge. Comfy bed. Room Victoria.

  An absolute gem of a property for any stay in the city - do not miss this one!

  Liked: We are lucky in terms of the extent to which we travel. This is right up there in terms of any "high end" accommodation we have stayed in - anywhere! Everything was perfect, from the communication in advance of arrival through to the quality, cleanliness and perfect location of the property. We stayed in the 'Wellington' suite and it was sublime! Amazing amenities and everything about the completely refurbished townhouse simply oozed class! We will DEFINITELY be back!

  Disliked: Nothing - and I mean absolutely nothing - could have been better! Leith is a terrific part of the city to stay in whilst visiting, 'The Shore' tram stop is a few short minutes' walk from the property. Great location, countless excellent restaurants nearby and everything in the city accessible thanks to the tram / integrated transport systems.

  Perfect for a short city break and easy tram connection to Edinburgh and airport

  Liked: The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean, everything you need for a short stay. In a quiet location with a short walk to town for cafes, pubs, and restaurants.

  Very nice hotel with everything you need, but insufficient privacy due to bad sound insulation

  Liked: Very clean and nice building. Room was impeccable - lots of space, comfy bed and everything you need.

  Disliked: Sound insulation is not up to the required standard. You could hear every conversation in the adjacent room. Under the door was a lot of space, so you could hear everything from outside and vice versa. Expected more for the standard of the hotel.
