Liked: Very clean and comfortable room and the owner was really helpful with info about Edinburgh and getting around. Really liked the location nice and quiet but only a 10 min bus ride into Edinburgh definitely recommend

Disliked: Parking is a small issue but thats down to local council nothing against the accommodation but something to think about.

The accommodation was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
